Cultural center dedicated to the Electronic Entertainment, VIGAMUS allows visitors to inquire the origins and evolution of games through different exhibition paths, and guided tours for schools and groups.
VIGAMUS mission is to divulge interactive works knowledge through their history and their direct experience: over 100 illustrated panels and 15 video retrospectives, for a length of more than 200 minutes, show the evolution of the interactive medium from the first experiments in the 50s up to the latest technologies, focusing on the creative vision of the brilliant authors and the historical and cultural contexts of birth.
Thanks to the two interactive areas and to the dedicated corners, visitors will have at their disposal a total of 36 interactive stations, which will also enable children to learn and test with their own hands the works that have made the History of Video Games and the latest frontiers of virtual reality, with the HMD device Oculus Rift.
